I got the picture of the snake on Canva and made the lettering white so you can see it without it blending in with the background. I had fun with this assignment. Hello people! So this was the first week I had to create and publish actual work for ds106. I used different platforms to create my work such as Canva. This week was a bit stressful because of all the different assignments and places to post my work at. This week taught me how to be organized for the weeks ahead. This is the original assignment. I chose this for a fun, new learning activity that does not include our 80s theme from the assignment bank. Weekly Summary.
Hello everyone! This week was quite a challenge for me, I must admit. I had to go to the DKC a couple times, were they had to help me get my RSS feed from my website, but eventually I emailed my Professor and we got it straight! I am officially registered in the ds106 class for Fall 2019! For this class, I created the platforms which consist of, Twitter, Instagram, Soundcloud, and Youtube so far. THE 80’s !
The 80’s were known for their dancing, music taste, which was mostly rock, and their extreme fashion. Hair was a BIG thing, everyone had a head full of hair and usually a foot high. Getting perms and dues were a major to do in the 80’s. There are so many great movies from the 80’s! The Breakfast Club, The Goonies, The Karate Kid, Top Gun, Terminator, and Alien are just a few of the best movies ever made. Some of these movies actually are the start of careers for Tom Cruise and Arnold Schwarzenegger. We know these actors so well -
