Audio Assignments: Sound Effects Story/ Transition

    by
I decided to remake my sound effects story assignment but fit it for our radio show. This time I tried to portray how people basically live their life on social media to the point where it’s overwhelming. I used several notification sounds and speed them up to show how some people invest their whole life …

    Radio Show in Progress

    by
As Week 7 comes to a close, I am both thrilled and scared of what is to come. This is the first ever major audio project I’ve worked on (with a group of people, no less!) so I’ve a right to be a little frightened! However, this doesn’t stop me from diving headfirst into the assigned tasks for the week! This week our workload was cut down due to the radio show. While we all joined groups and divided the work among ourselves, we were still responsible for creating a promo or some kind, a progress report, as well as completing two audio assignments that will benefit our radio show. Each of the buttons below will take you to the assignments I completed this week, so be sure to check them out! This Week’s Daily Creates! This week we were told to complete three Daily Creates. I actually did more than three this week, but here’s three of my favorites from this week! Can you guess which one I enjoyed the most? ( ?° ?? ?°) All jokes aside, the Bicycle ones was my favorite simply because it immediately made me think of the Queen song. Anything that lets me share my love for Queen is amazing in my eyes! Comments of the Week! It was really fun getting to see everyone’s progress on their radio projects! I enjoyed looking through everyone’s blog posts and telling them what I liked about their the radio bumpers, posters, and music! I’ve also had fun responding to people who have viewed my posts! After checking out their posts, don’t forget to check out some of my own! I respond to everyone who comments on my blog, so take some time to leave your thoughts and you can be guaranteed to hear back from me! Radio Show Logo The Tea on Social Media Radio Bumper The Yoga Studio Commercial The Core Radio in the Works Radio Jingle The Core Bumper Promo Poster Sounds of Work facebook, a password, & a bicycle Coming Soon! Radio Music Overall, this week has been both hectic and interesting! Now that we’ve made it through the week leading up to Fall Break, I hope to have a little rest as we go into the final phases of our project! Until next time!

    Week 6 of TDC

    by

Another week, another set of Daily creates. For my first one, I created a set or “words on the wall” for our course. As I stated in my propaganda poster post, I really like messages that are short and direct, so I made a three word message that I think demonstrates a key philosophy of […]

    Node #2 Reflection and Summary

    by
Impressions of AI: A Progression (1) As we have started talking about AI my first thought was of an old website my siblings and I used to play on called Cleverbot.com. I believe that this website would be considered a form of AI because like Shane talks about in the reading, it cannot itself understand […]
