    Covid19

    by
The first time I heard about the coronavirus was the beginning of January. I took this matter very lightly because every few years we go through this kind of disease.  I work at the Airport and my manager and I were having a conversation and he said ” This is getting serious, Stay a little … Continue reading "Covid19"

    stop collaborate & listen

in which i combine the 10 step photograph challenge with a sound effect challenge! I had a really good time with the 10-step photo challenge, and although i didn’t do any of the “walk around and record the sounds of your day,” I really wanted to, so this is my compromise! Starting in my backyard, […]

    Week 9 Recap

    by
What a strange and out of the ordinary week this has been. I have really appreciated this “light week” as we have all been trying to process moving all of our classes online. This has also allowed me to put in more time and effort in the assignments that we did have. I started this …

    Hectic is an Understatement

    by
How is everyone holding up? I’m a mess. Ever since we got the news that we would be continuing online classes until the end of the semester, my heart broke at the thought of all my “lasts” as a senior being taken away. Packing up and driving back home was pretty emotional, and because it’s […]

    Weekly Wrap-Up!

    by
For starters I hope that everyone is doing well and staying safe and healthy! I know this is a stressful time for me and I’m sure others are feeling that as well. This week I completed three daily creates but then made a story about the three separate tweets. Yes, it was very silly but …

    Revised Work #2!

    by
The second assignment I want to reduce was in week 6. It was an assignment in the visual assignment bank. Here is the link to my first attempt. I wanted to reduce this assignment because I feel like its not my best work. I remember being stressed when I was working on this assignment the …

    let’s revisit!

    by
Hey everyone! The posts I’ve decided to revisit were the Bucket List inspiration and the Dance Camp poster. I thought it would be fun to revisit the first because I had added new ideas in my phone notes, and figured this would be perfect to add on to it. I also got to cross off “learn to skateboard” on my original list because being stuck at home gave me some time to go outside and learn, so that was a cool little thing and I felt a tiny bit of accomplishment. I also added more places I want to travel to the list, as well as a few more activities and things I want to learn.  For the dance camp poster, I had the idea to rework it and make it more of a poster that fits our class theme. I kept the original wording and everything, but redid my design and added more elements using Canva (because I like it better than the original app I had created the first poster with). I thought it would be cool to tie it to our theme and maybe create some poster about this like you would’ve seen in that decade! Let me know what you think!

    Revised Work #1!

    by
The first assignment I want to revise was from week 3. It was from the writing assignment bank. Here is my first attempt at this assignment. I wanted to redo this assignment because I felt like I did not put that much effort into it. It was very short and I didn’t get much out …

    Return of the Geese

    by
March 20, 2020. We went for a milk run this morning. There was a gorgeous fog covering everything, through which the geese were returning from the south. I only had my phone; I wish I could have gone back with my camera, but there was work to do (more ...
